Meghan Winch

Meghan works with Vicki Weinaug Martin, EA as a key member of our accounting team, where she handles our billing and accounts. She also helps Vicki during the business of tax season. Meghan has worked at Winch Financial for the past 16 years. During that time, she also has worked in the client services and marketing department. Her wide range of experience has made her a go-to person in the office for advice and opinions. Meghan is also a wife and mother.

Sandy Shultz

A quick study, Sandy relishes her multiple-level jobs and is licensed in life, accident and health insurance. Her appreciation for thorough research and analysis is evident throughout her work. Sandy graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2002 with a Journalism degree and, outside the office, she continues to do some freelance work in marketing and PR. She and her husband Jason, who met on the NASCAR circuit, live in Freedom, Wisconsin with their daughter Katelynn. They also own Dirt Kings Tour, a late model racing series.  

Jeremey Landskron

Among many other client-focused research projects, Jeremey analyzes and prepares reports on individual stocks and securities. He is a key member of the Winch Financial investment team. Prior to working for Winch Financial, Jeremey worked at two other investment firms. He has 18 years of experience in the finance industry, including 13 years of experience focused on investments. Landskron earned a BBA degree in Banking, Finance, & Investments from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Jeremey and his wife, Amanda, a nurse, are the parents of twin boys. Get to know Jeremey better: What was you first job: I worked in roofing/construction. It was absolutely exhausting and I was eager to move to a career in finance as quickly as possible. Describe your most memorable vacation: We regularly go camping all over the state of Wisconsin. My most memorable vacation is probably the camping trip when I asked Amanda to marry me. Coffee or tea: I don’t drink any of that stuff. No hot beverages; no caffeine. I mostly drink water. Cat or dog: We have had dogs, cats and chickens over the years. Best book you ever read: The Warren Buffett Way by Robert G. Hagstrom. What is your favorite season: Spring  

Beth Gorr

A graduate of Fox Valley Technical College, where she earned an associate’s degree in accounting, Beth continues to be the versatile and knowledgeable heart of the Winch Financial client services department. She tracks and handles all Required Minimum Distributions, work as a sub-advisor in client meetings, and helps clients complete necessary paperwork. Beth and her husband Scott are raising six children.  

Daisy Gilbert

Hers is the first face you see when you come to the office, and the primary voice you hear when you call with questions or to schedule an appointment. In addition to answering phones, helping with general information and scheduling appointments, Daisy works as a sub-advisor, taking notes in client meetings and processing paperwork. She and her husband Cory are parents of four children, and grandparents to one.
