Iris brings a natural balance to her job here at Winch Financial. A marathon runner, she has hit her stride in an industry that requires discretion, flexibility and an attention to detail. She is adept at managing both spreadsheets and people, and appreciates the opportunity to combine those skills.

“From my experience here at Winch we treat clients like a person rather than just a number,” she said. “We are always one phone call away for any changes that occur in someone’s life, big or small, as well as anything that is currently happening outside our doors. With every single person that walks through our doors, we always connect on a personal level rather than just business. Everyone is different and so are their situations, our answers will always be in the best interest of the person we have in front of us.”

In addition to running, Iris enjoys bowling, spending time with her family, and catching up with her dog, Ollie.

“I enjoy taking Ollie to the park, if not that perhaps chasing him around the neighborhood. He’s an escape artist,” she said. “Besides that I love to go bowling, I might not be the best at it but I enjoy the atmosphere. Running is another one of my hobbies. Pushing myself to the limit to do better each time is such hard work but a bigger reward.”
