Sandy manages day-to-day operations, technology systems, and compliance standards while supporting complex client needs.
She graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Communications and has been with Winch Financial for 22 years. She holds multiple insurance licenses and is known for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Sandy plays a key behind-the-scenes role, ensuring operational responsibilities are handled accurately and efficiently while supporting the firm’s day-to-day needs.
She and her husband Jason, who met on the NASCAR circuit, live in Freedom, Wisconsin with their daughter. They also own Dirt Kings Tour, a late model racing series. Outside the office, Sandy and Jason enjoy traveling, baseball and Packer games.
